METAL PRECIPITATION CHAMBER
- Initial entry chamber to accommodate required retention time for DTC additive for dissolved metals. Integral with the unit.

LOW HEIGHT OPTION # 1
Side Saddle unit. This unit has the mix chamber alongside the self-indexing while still allowing true gravity flow of the treated water and residue onto the self-indexing filter bed. The result is a lower overall height but a wider footprint. Stairs and platform are still required and included.
LOW HEIGHT OPTION # 2
TDB( Top Deep Bed) this unit has the mix chamber located under the self-indexing filter bed. The treated water and residue are pumped onto the self-indexing filter bed. An AOD (Air Operated Diaphragm) pump is recommended but a centrifugal pump can be used. Stairs and platform are not required.
SUPER SAC TOTE SYSTEM OR FLOOR LEVEL HOPPER
This system allows the use of a 2000 lb sac of reactant to be used or a 5.2 cu.ft floor level feed hopper. An auger drive mechanism transfers the reactant in the super sac to the feed hopper which will have a high/low proximity sensor to keep it full. Comes with:
- 304 stainless steel base
- anchor bearing
- 2 (two) 50’ lengths of flexible flyting
- 30’ of 3” novacor tubing
- 2 (two) 45º novacor sweeps
- 6 (six) clamps
- Drive unit with inspection box and drive anchor clamp
- Support frame for the drive unit.
- Forklift cage with fork guides for the super sac.
