Manual Batch Treatment
Our Moonstone Water Works Series systems are the most straight forward, manual batch units available in our range of products. Engineered for use with our unique Reactant Separating Agents (RSA), this simple approach has a fast 3-to-5-minute reaction time to clean water.
The simplicity of this system allows our customers to run the unit and treat a batch of wastewater when needed. This system also allows to treat multiple, unique waste streams at one facility.
The approach to this treatment uses gravity in your favour. Simply add your wastewater, sprinkle the unique RSA blend to the tank (at the top of the unit) and turn the mixer on. At this step the mixer allows the RSA to encapsulate suspended solids, emulsified oils, and dissolved metals. Once separation occurs, simply open a valve to allow the mixture to pass through the filter cloth. The result is clean water and a non-hazardous residue.
